Terms & Conditions

1. Who you're contracting with
RevFlex Call Coach is operated by RevFlex LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
RevFlex Call Coach is an AI-powered cold-call practice tool. You pick a prospect persona, run a simulated call, and receive AI-generated coaching feedback. Outputs are for training purposes only and may be inaccurate — verify before relying on them in real customer conversations.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 (or have authority to bind your organization). Keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate info and keep it current.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully, for fraud, spam, or to harass anyone.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.
- Probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service.
- Use AI outputs to generate deceptive, illegal, or hateful content.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the service, software, scenarios, prompts, branding, and AI scoring logic. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per your active plan. AI outputs generated for you during your use of the service are yours to use, subject to these Terms.
6. AI-specific terms
The service uses third-party LLMs to simulate prospects and grade calls. You are responsible for your inputs and how you use outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. Do not submit confidential customer information or regulated personal data into the call simulator. We may remove or restrict content and suspend accounts for repeated misuse.
7. Payment & subscription
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your access ends and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window.
9. Service level & warranties
We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (lost profits, data, goodwill). Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where law forbids it.
11. Indemnity
You'll indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in those courts, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
