We want you sharpening your skills, not stuck with a subscription you don't want. If you're not happy with RevFlex Call Coach, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
- Click the order, then "Get help" → "Request a refund".
- Or contact our support team and we'll initiate it for you.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancellation alone is not a refund; if you also want a refund (within the 30-day window), follow the steps above.
Renewals
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial purchase. Refunds on subsequent monthly renewals are handled at Paddle's discretion under their standard refund policy. We're happy to help — get in touch.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before issuing a chargeback. Chargebacks are expensive and slow for everyone — a refund request is faster.
